The Yoga Trapeze is a suspension yoga system that builds strength not only through pushing, core strengthening, and engagement, but also adds the pulling motion that is missing from a mat based Yoga class. It uses a main sling with 2 sets of TRX handles on each side to create "flying" versions of traditional Yoga poses. It also makes inversions much more accessible, yet also can challenge more advanced practitioners. Trapezes are provided. Bring your mat and water.

Delve into the art of conscious relaxation as we journey into a practice of Yoga Nidra, “the yoga
of sleep”. In a society where constant doing is the norm, we will tap into our central nervous system
to tone our parasympathetic response to “rest and digest”, achieving the ability of non-doing. In this
workshop we will take the body to a rested state of healing, peeling back the layers from the outside in.
Accompanied by the frequencies and auditory vibrations of the crystal singing bowls, experience what it
means to find deep relaxation, the tools to cultivate a practice of self-awareness, and the return home
to our authentic state of being.

Pose Story Yoga Classes
All classes are located at our studio at the edge of Wilmore, KY at 496 High Bridge Rd.
We are located a short 11 miles south of Lexington, KY.
